2. Description of Services
Mastered GreenPlus Investment CC provides waste management services (including waste collection, recycling, and composting) and renewable energy services (including solar panel installations, solar-powered borehole pumps, and biogas systems) in the Erongo Region of Namibia. Service availability is subject to our operational capacity and geographic coverage.
3. Service Agreements
Waste collection and other recurring services are provided under separate service agreements between the customer and Mastered GreenPlus Investment CC. The specific terms, pricing, and service levels will be outlined in individual contracts. All renewable energy installation projects are governed by project-specific quotations and agreements.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted in Namibian Dollars (N$) and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur additional charges as stipulated in the relevant contract. All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mastered GreenPlus Investment CC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Mastered GreenPlus Investment CC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through arbitration in Namibia or through the courts of Namibia.
