Who We Are
A Youth-Led Green Enterprise for Namibia
Mastered GreenPlus Investment is a newly registered, youth-owned Namibian enterprise operating in the Erongo Region — specifically in Usakos, Karibib, Omaruru, and Arandis. The business focuses on delivering affordable and environmentally responsible waste management and renewable energy solutions to underserved towns and surrounding rural communities.
The company was founded by a young Namibian entrepreneur who identified growing environmental challenges and limited access to affordable renewable energy solutions in small towns. Inspired by daily observations of illegal dumping, unmanaged waste, rising electricity costs, and water access challenges, the founder established Mastered GreenPlus Investment to turn these challenges into opportunities.
As a newly registered startup, we are currently in the pre-operational phase, focused on business registration, planning, market research, and stakeholder engagement — preparing to launch full operations and make a lasting impact.
