Everything you need to know about our services, pricing, and operations.
We currently provide waste collection services in four towns in the Erongo Region: Usakos, Karibib, Omaruru, and Arandis. We are planning to expand to surrounding rural communities as our operations grow.
Our standard residential collection is once per week on a fixed schedule. Business contracts can be tailored to daily, twice-weekly, or weekly collection depending on volume needs. We provide the collection schedule when you sign up.
Yes! When you sign up for our waste collection service, we provide colour-coded bins appropriate for your needs — household bins for residential customers and larger bins for businesses. Replacement bins are available if damaged.
All collected waste is transported to our sorting facility where it is separated into recyclables and general waste. Recyclable materials (plastic, paper, metal, glass) are sold to certified recycling partners. Organic waste is processed into compost. This significantly reduces the amount sent to landfill.
Absolutely. We offer special bulk collection services for large items, construction debris, or event cleanup. Contact us for a custom quote based on volume and location.
Solar installation costs vary based on system size, roof type, and energy needs. We provide free site assessments and custom quotations for every project. Typical residential systems range from N$15,000 to N$60,000, with options for payment plans.
Yes. All our solar installations come with manufacturer warranties on panels (typically 10-25 years), inverters (5-10 years), and batteries (5-10 years). We also offer our own installation workmanship warranty.
This depends on your electricity consumption. A typical Namibian household uses 200-400 kWh per month, which usually requires a 3-5 kW system. We conduct a free energy audit to determine the exact size needed for your home or business.
Solar panels convert sunlight into electricity, which powers a pump that draws water from your borehole. No batteries are needed for daytime pumping — water is pumped directly into a storage tank while the sun shines. Optional battery systems allow for extended pumping hours.
A biogas system converts organic waste (food scraps, animal manure) into methane gas through anaerobic digestion. This gas can be used for cooking, heating, or generating electricity. The remaining material (digestate) is an excellent organic fertiliser. It reduces waste while producing free energy.
Our household waste collection is competitively priced for the Erongo Region. We offer affordable monthly fees aligned with local income levels. Business pricing is tiered based on volume and frequency. Contact us for a specific quote for your situation.
